So jumping on the September theme . Had some painful contractions this morning. Went to triage/L&D and got checked. She said baby is an over achiever . She performed at a 32-34 week rate. She was very active for them. Luckily the contractions stopped and my cervix isn't dilating. She said it was soft and there was some blood. They wanted to do an FFN test but couldn't. So I go in tomorrow at 420 to get the test. They put me off work to rest until then. So I get a couple days off . I am sure the test will be negative. I am glad I went in to ease my mind. We are great and just resting now. Posting from my iPad in bed.

Update 7/14 ~ I am now on modified bed rest until baby arrives. The dr doesn't want to take any chances with my history. So hopefully that is all we need and we will have an on time baby instead of early. I joked with DH she will probably hold out until October. I don't have the results of the FFN test but they said if they don't call then it was negative. So lots more time posting fun topics for you ladies LOL.

Glad your cervix is staying strong and contractions stopped. The FFN is what tests if you'll go into active labor soon, right? I had that with Nathan, after having dealt with preterm labor with Ben.
I will be praying your sweet Bean stays PUT!!!!!

Yes the FFN will tell them if I am at risk to go into labor in the next two weeks. I am sure she is staying put. Just trying to be proactive.

Glad to hear the contractions stopped, and you get some time off! Hope she decides to bake longer.

I'm growing leery of this theme in our DDC! Let's put a stop to it!

I'm sorry you're on modified bedrest (I hated bedrest) but I am glad to see your are thinking positive about her staying put. I do believe that helps a lot! Praying continually that she stays put. Bedrest helped me keep my sweet boy put, so I'm sure it'll help you too! Thanks for updating!

Bed rest until baby comes? What if she goes to the normal human gestation of 42 weeks?!?!?! Or will they give you freedom after 37 weeks or so?
