Mostly I hate it for the complete lack of symptoms. I don't feel pregnant. And it freaks me out.

With my two children I was sick, sick, sick during pregnancy. With my loss, I was queasy at times, and I did throw up occasionally, but nothing like I did with the other two. And so the lack of symptoms is freaking me out. I don't have sore breasts. I'm not insanely tired. I'm not queasy at all. I don't feel pregnant at all. It's too early for an ultrasound to be useful in easing my fears (I'm 5 weeks today).

The fact that my levels went up so quickly is a little reassuring. But not entirely because with my loss I had levels in the "normal" range the day before I passed my baby which was after I had been bleeding for a week.

And I just want to tell someone that I'm pregnant. But I don't want our son to know until at least after we see a heartbeat.

My SIL is pregnant. She didn't even test until she was two weeks late. I think I'd be a lot less panicked right now if I didn't even know I was pregnant.

Early pregnancy is so hard and until about 6 weeks many women don't have symptoms. But I know we really look for those to reassure us. When are you having an u/s? I hope you start getting really sick really soon to help ease your mind . I feel bad saying that but I know it will help you.

I haven't gotten my ultrasound scheduled. I tried to get it scheduled at the clinic that has evening hours so that my husband could come with but the only evening hours they had were for when I'm 6w0d. I didn't want to risk not seeing a heartbeat. So then I tried to call my regular clinic (since they're easier to get to) for an ultrasound sometime the week of the 25th (when I should be able to see a heartbeat). But their system was down and they couldn't schedule anything.

My husband's cousin's wife is an ultrasound tech. Right now I'm so jealous that she was able to just scan herself whenever she wanted to see her baby growing in the beginning.

I hope the time goes by fast before your ultrasound. The waiting game of early pregnancy after loss is hard.

Early pregnancy is so hard. (HUGS) I never had symptoms before 6-7 weeks with any of my pregnancies, so lack of symptoms does not mean something sinister. Praying you have a healthy, happy 9 months!

No symptoms for me either until 6-7wks. (other than heartburn, which went away when m/s took over). I hate weeks 5-7, waiting for something to kick in....just remember that every pregnancy is different and you may not be as sick with this one or you may end up even sicker than your other two!

Finally got the ultrasound scheduled. It won't be until 7/28, so nearly two weeks from now. But I'll be 7 weeks along, so we should be able to see a heartbeat.

I'm going to go insane waiting until then!

I hope the two weeks flies by. But I agree waiting is better since you should for sure see something.
