Well, after standing up and feeling a gush (as if my water had broken) and looking down to see it was all blood, I headed over to the ER. They did and U/S and baby is doing good, but the 7cm bleed is right in front of my uterus and is smushing my gestational sack! My Ob was on duty at the hospital and came down and saw me and went over everything. The bleeding was pretty bad and every time I stood up I got another gush. She decided that I need to be on bed rest until further notice. This is so life changing, I can't work my nights and weekends(which we cannot afford) and I have to find help with DD everyday. She said she hasn't seen many cases like this and it's the safest thing, she also said they may not be able to do my CVS on Aug.2 if the bleed is still there. This has just been such a hard pregnancy so far and I don't even know if the baby will have my genetic condition and be unhealthy....

So sorry this pregnancy is so hard on you. Glad that baby is ok though. Being on bedrest can be daunting. I hope it all works out and pray that it helps.

I wish this wasn't so hard for you. I'm sorry you're going through this. It must be tough to have to have bed rest when you have another child. I cannot imagine. But, it's better to be safe. I hope the bleeding stops. Is there any chance the bleed will go away on it's own??

Awww Lindsey. Stay strong and hopefully all this will pass and you will have a strong beautiful full term baby. I wish there was something I could say to make you feel better, but I know there isn't. I can just be here for you if you need to get it all out.

Thanks Ladies. There is a chance the bleed could "bleed out" on its own. I guess the main concern is that with it's location she is concerned the placenta will not form or function correctly.

I had the same thing with this pregnancy. TO be honest were mine is or was at.... I had the same problem around 11 weeks with the twins..... Now I am 35 weeks. So keep your chin up.I know After seeing all that blood you wonder how it is possible to even see a heartbeat. At least that is the way it was with me. I was in total shock that both babies still had such a strong heartbeat... Thinking of you

So sorry this pregnancy is so hard on you. I hope and pray for you that the bleed resolves on its own without any impact on you or the baby.

Praying you get this horrible time in your pregnancy and that the rest of it you can enjoy. Stay positive as you can, and just know were thinking of you.
