He's having some kind of problem with his eyes. It's something about fluid pressure that will affect his optic nerve in the future. If left uncorrected, he could go blind. His optometrist caught it really early, before it even began affecting his vision. While the possibility of him going blind is scary, that's not the major thing freaking me out.

The higher fluid pressure around his eyes is caused by something. I heard the optometrist talking about a tumor/mass or something. He went to the ophthalmologist yesterday and written on one of those prescription papers were orders for a MRI to look at his brain. O.O (btw.. difference between optometrist and ophthalmologist is the first deals with your glasses and the second does eye surgeries and stuff.)

Please pray for him..

His next ophthalmologist appt is in a week or so, so I'm guessing the MRI will be sometime this week. I'll update this when we know the results. xposted

I am sending my thoughts. A few years back we went through a similar scare with my DH and a detached retina. So scary, but thankfully he made it through ok with only minimal scarring. I really hope it is nothing serious.
