How hot is it near you? Heat index is 115 here in Philly today... Phew, I was outside for 1 minute and was sweating. I think being pregnant has got my internal body temp up as well.

What about you?

Well my internal temp is up but here we are only in the 70s the heat wave across the country is missing the pacific northwest . I am thankful because with temps in the 100s I would end up in the hospital for sure. Stay cool and hydrated!

97* here and not too much humidity, so it really hasn't been THAT bad.

I used to do 115* all the time when I was living in Vegas, but I certainly can't do that now!

omg i would be dying if i was where you ladies are. I'm in northern-ish canada and it's cool here, usually around 17 Celsius, which is about 62F; but in comparison to where i just moved from it's really hot to me. It snows til july and then starts to snow again in september where i just came from, and is about 8C/46F for much of the summer.

I can't wait for some big thunderstorms today! Tomorrow should be in the mid 80's and i can't wait! Of course the good news is that this heat wave has prepared us for our trip to disney next week.

We've been in the 98 degree mark for over a week, with the index taking us to 130's! Got some major thunderstorms for the last 3 days, over 8inches of rain! Its not helping the heat at all thought unfortunately! Were still expected in the 90's today! Should see the 80's next week!
