How far out will you buy clothes?
First three months, then buy as you go?
First year?

I've bought clothes up to 9-12 months. I don't have as many in that size as the others though, so I will need more, but figured I have plenty of time. Plus, I have NO room to store more clothes than necessary!

Well, considering we have all the clothes from Liam, we won't need to worry about it this time.

But with Liam, when he was born I had clothes to 18 months. But not like a whole wardrobe past 9 months. Just a few things in 12 and 18 that I got on clearance or whatever. Right now, I have a box that has sizes 2T-5T for Liam. Again, just clearance stuff that I picked up here and there. I will have to buy more when he moves into those sizes (we are in 18-24 mo. right now).

So Kieran has a full wardrobe of hand-me-downs. I have sizes newborn, 0-3, and 3-6 in his room right now. The rest will come down from the attic as we need them.

I have boy clothes from my son so if it's a boy, no need to buy much other than some special ones just for him.
As for a girl, I have no idea. She might have to wear blue. Hahaha!

I have bought stuff all the way out to 12 months but not much. I have maybe 2-4 outfits in those sizes. I am waiting for the summer stuff to go on clearance . Why pay full price right. I do have a bit in the 0-6 month ranges.
