I am eating EVERYTHING!! Like I eat all day long. I am concerned about losing the weight after she is born now that I am in my 40's.

How do you manage what you eat?

Well, I keep fruits and veggies in my house and not much else. If I don't have the junk, I won't eat it. If I do, I eat all of it! I spent 2 years loosing weight before even trying to get pregnant. I didn't get down to my desired weight, so I am really trying to get a healthy diet that will help me through post partum weight loss too.

I eat whatever . Probably shouldn't but figure it will come off. I am at 200 pounds currently. I can't wait to start training again and just figure the weight will drop off when I start working out again. I miss the stress relief I get from working out.
