I went to see my old doc yesterday and it was such a great appointment compared to last weeks fiasco. The doc listened, was sensitive and was so happy to see me and my dh. The best news is that the baby turned head down this weekend! Yay! I will see the doc again next Monday and then be induced wednesday. So there is an end in sight. Now, if baby turns again the doc will try a version there in the office and then send me straight over to l&d for induction. All around 10 times better than my appointment last week!

We are almost there! I can't believe it! But then again I can. It's been a long hard road with lots of heartache and sadness with it. In 8 or 9 days I should be holding my miracle. Hang in there ladies....there's faith and hope to go around!

8 or 9 days? Wow! I'm so excited for you sweetheart. Dreams do come true.

How are the kids doing? Are they excited or ho-hum? And has the big girl of the family left for college yet? So much all at once!

I am so glad you feel better! Sounds like this doctor is WAY better!

Some ways to help baby stay head down are to squat a lot if you can, if you can't sit on a low stool or an exercise ball that is slightly under inflated. Anything that gets your knees at a higher level than your hips. This helps baby get engaged into the pelvis. Avoid sitting in a recliner!

We are down to seven days Missy....the kids are more excited than I am and they argue daily over who will get to hold her first! And Kenna leaves one week after the baby comes, so that's good. She will get to spend some time with her! I am so excited!!!!!
