I'd been so sick for the first 16 weeks that I didn't want to eat anything, but now that I'm feeling better, I've been craving lemonade. Last night i was really wishing it was something a little more sinful, since this is the time to do it, right? But lemonade is really it for me right now!
I am just starting to feel excited about certain foods, after losing 20lbs so far I give into any craving I have. Mostly diary cravings and few random ones (tacos, mashed potatoes). I eat like 4 yogurts a day,lol.
