I am trying to prepare for meals after the baby comes but I am not good with utilizing space in my freezer. Instead I am trying to come up with quick and easy prep meals and snacks. Anyone have anything yummy to share?

I'm not sure if you like crock pot recipes or not but I have made a lot of recipes from here and they have all turned out well. Just put it in and let it cook itself!

I second the crock pot. I also went to the store and got DH some frozen pizza, lasagna, tuna helper stuff like that so he had something easy to cook. Course in the last week we have decided to eat more healthy so we shall see how that plays out.

Love the crock pot girls, and it is by far the easiest way to get dinner on the table. Even wihtout having a newborn, i use it all the time for dinner on the days i work at home, since ds likes to eat early and i can't really cook during the work day even if i am home, so i throw everything in the crock pot before 9am and dinner is ready at 5:30 just as we are ready for it.
