I have been feeling off with my stomach since yesterday, and today I got sick at Target. I didn't even want to go but DH made me because he hates shopping. Isn't it too early for this though? I never even felt sick with my other two. Bleh. Hopefully this is a good sign though.

Every pregnancy can be different. I had light to medium morning sickness with my boys but with this pregnancy I had to take zophran just to be able to get out of bed until about 20 weeks. Even now I still have days where I feel sick.

I hope it means good things for you Lindsey!!

Well I feel better after getting home and eating something, although I have heart burn now. Lol.

Another question though, is walking on a treadmill at an extremely slow pace ok? I don't want to stop by exercise, and I figure that walking for 30 minutes at 2.2 miles per hour shouldn't hurt.

Also, is cramping normal? No blood at all, just all over cramping. It just started in my back too today.

With my daughter, the ms started at 5 weeks. This time it started somewhere in the 3rd week. Nausea seems to be a good sign for me, unfortunately!

I think the cramping is from the uterus stretching. I get it, too, though it is milder and more of a constant ache compared to menstrual cramping.

Walking should be great, unless your doctor says not to. I walked a lot in my first pregnancy, and I like to think that it helped prevent a lot of hip and pelvic pain in the last two months, although it could very well have been dumb luck! I've actually been meaning to take up walking again soon.

I hope it is a good sign for you Lindsey. I had a lot of cramping. The cramping seems to be calming down some now.

Have you found a new Ob yet?

I have an OB, but it's the insurance I am having trouble with. Hopefully I will hear something by Thursday, or I will just schedule an appointment and pay out of pocket. Bleh. I really do not like my OB though, so I guess we will see what happens. I only chose her because she is my sister's OB and she loves her.

This is my 6th pregnancy and it's the only one that I wasn't sick before my BFP, so MS this early can definitely happen. Cramping is normal too. I think walking slowly should be fine. I hope that you're able to get the insurance stuff straightened out and you find an OB that you love!

Like everyone else said, the cramping is totally normal, and I think the morning sickness is a great sign! The walking should be fine too! I really hope this is it for you!

Yea for morning sickness. Mine started around 6 weeks so I don't think your too early. I know for me the m/s made me feel so reassured that my little bean was doing good.

Walking is good and the cramping is normal - although it is scary at the same time with PAL. I cramped until about 8 weeks and questioned it all the time.

Late on the bandwagon here, but yeah, you can definitely have nausea this early. at 3 weeks 2 days (9 DPO) I actually puked and decided to test. I continued to be sick enough to leave work early.
