I was talking to DH last night and I realized that since I feel so dang good for being almost 40 weeks pregnant it is even more boring! At least if I felt horrid I would be fine napping or things like that. I am not a crafty person so I am not knitting or anything like that. It is just being stuck at home. My hip makes me not able to walk much.

It doesn't help that I have a good 3 hours of promising contractions a day that ALWAYS fizzle out. The contractions started today right when I woke up and who knows what is going to happen with them. There is just so much "nothing" I can do without turning into the crazy woman!

I agree. Waiting is almost always boring because you're not doing what you want to be doing.

At least I know I will be watching my favorite TV show tonight! Even if I end up in labor around 7 pm...I am staying HOME for 30 minutes to watch Big Bang Theory!

Before you know it the waiting will be over and you will yearn for the days of leisure.

LOL on the Big Bang Theory... always makes me giggle when I hear "knock knock knock, Penny"

She'll be here before you know it. Enjoy what little time you have to yourself now, because you will never get that again.

On a side note, I am getting anxious for you! I cannot wait to see her!

I strangely felt that way with my second son. I felt absolutely great, and I was over 40wks.....If it wasnt for my dr. stripping my membranes twice in three days, I swear I would of been pregnant forever! I had no kind of contractions what so ever though, so you contracting like you are is a great sign that your body is getting ready to evict!!!

I get contractions every morning from 5-8am, strong.....then they fizzle too, only to return at night again........I hate this part!

WOW! I totally know what you mean by that!!! I can't even imagine going through that with multiple other kids around. Just with this pregnancy I am half wondering if I want to do it again!

I felt that way with my 2nd as well. I felt so great and at the time I was a stay at home mom just loving my time with Corey. I was in no rush to have Dylan. I was at 41 weeks and still not really concerned or in a hurry.

This time between the aches, pains, contractions, anxiety ect... she just can't come fast enough!

I hope she comes soon for you!
