So we are TTC again and I just O'd 3 days ago, so it is time for me to start prometrium. But I forgot all the basics... Do I need to take them exactly 12 hours apart? Anything else I should remember?

I think it depends on how your DR prescribed it.
Mine has me take it at night vaginally, but other ladies take it 2x a day orally.

I was on two suppositories a day and took them *about* 12 hours apart. Never exactly because life was too crazy for that. But generally around 8am and 8pm.

Good luck!! Hope all goes well.

Oh, and if yours are suppositories...don't forget the pantiliner!

I think I also was on 2 suppositories a day and tried to take them about 12 hours apart. Fingers crossed for you!

I took two per day, I believe, but I wasn't told they had to be a specific time apart.

Good luck!!
