Tmi post ahead.

So my hubby and I have been keeping away from any sex because I am simply terrified. Well I woke up orgasming from my nap earlier. I freaked out and ran to the restroom only to orgasm again while running. I have only had an orgasm while sleeping once before. Still this scares me. I am worried about my cervix. Has this happened to anyone else, or am I the only crazy one here? Also, it has been an hour and no blood so far. Although I am slightly cramping, but those could be my normal cramps.

It's not abnormal! You have a lot more blood going down there so things are a wee bit more sensitive.
I've had several dreams like that since I've been pregnant. Enjoy it! Remember that all the feel good hormones you get also make baby feel good. An orgasm is highly unlikely to cause any problems, most problems with sex and pregnancy come from irritation to the cervix, and that's only going to happen with penetration.

I agree! Orgasms are pretty much harmless to the bean and might even make baby feel happy too.

I haven't been lucky enough to have any dreams quite *that* fun, but I sometimes wake up so horny I can't see straight and something needs to be done about that.. *cough*

Lol thanks ladies. I called the hubby balling like a baby and he could not stop laughing at me. That b*stard. The sensitive feeling has literally not gone away since this happened a few hours ago. I had to stop while downstairs and lay down a bit. Lol. I can say that this is the first time I wanted something since finding out I was pregnant. Lol. Plus it has literally been over a month now since hubby and I DTD.

This totally happened to me the other day! I woke up orgasming. I freaked. DH and I are used to DTD 3-4 times a week to nothing? It's so hard. But I will try to put off as much as I possibly can!

Missy you are too funny!!! This is literally not normal for me! I wish I had these when I was not pregnant. Then again, I would spend too much time in bed.

Ok. Now I feel left out. I haven't had any dreams like that. That's not fair.

I am sure everything is ok. I know how it can be worrisome though.

I have orgasms all the time in my sleep haha and everything has been ok so far for me.

It never happened to me (at least I never woke up during it so I don't remember it) during my pregnancy with dd. I did have a lot of sexual dreams though.

With this pregnancy, it happened to me once so far in the very early stages (maybe about how far along you are now).

It's harmless. Just enjoy!
