How does that affect you?
Do you like it/dislike it?
Does it mess up your sleep schedule?

The only reason I don't like it is because I have kids. Their bodies (at least my girls) have an internal alarm clock or something. Eventhough I put them to bed at the new time they woke up their old body time which means I was up at 5:15am

How does that affect you? Well yesterday I was ready for dinner at 3pm, so that was weird. I also ate lunch at 10:30 am. Lol.
Do you like it/dislike it? Fall is awesome because you get that extra hour of sleep. Spring is terrible because I am always so tired.
Does it mess up your sleep schedule?Well considering I went to bed at 7:30 last night, I think it does a little. Lol.

How does that affect you? Since I'm no longer working, it doesn't do anything particular to me. Back when I used to have to wake up for that early shift, that extra hour was very nice.

Do you like it/dislike it? I like fall, hate spring. lol

Does it mess up your sleep schedule? No. My sleep schedule is already very screwy right now. lol

How does that affect you? It only effected me the first night, i was up every hr on the hr. well it was either that or this cold.

Do you like it/dislike it? I'm fine with it, but it makes the days seem like they go by slower

Does it mess up your sleep schedule? Nope. But it did with my 10 month old, big time.

I live in AZ and thankfully we don't observe daylight savings time! So no time changes here
