So my 1st beta was 51 and today my second beta 48hrs later was only 78. So it's a doubling time of 78 hrs. I got back in on Saturday for a third one.
I really hate this roller coaster ride.

Update: My beta only went to 87 today. So, I'm out AGAIN. I'm so frustrated. This makes #8. I think that we have to accept that even with my surgeries I will need to use donor eggs.

78 isn't too much outside the 45-72 hour range that they look for.

Here's a graph showing doubling times for betas between 32 and 64 for pregnancies where a heartbeat was found later on:
Single-day Information

So 78 may be on the slower end of doubling times, but there are plenty of other women in the same range.

((hugs)) Try not to worry too much. I know that is waaaay easier said than done. Hopefully the 3rd draw will shoot up and alleviate your fears some.

Michelle! I know it's not where you want to see it at but it's still doing it within the time frame. I know it's hard to keep the hope but try if you can. Sending truckloads of sticky cement.

I hope it goes way up next time.
I hate the first few weeks with all the blood tests and stress.

I agree it's not to far outside the range. And every woman/pregnancy is different. Hoping you get a rockin number on Saturday!

((hugs)) I hope it goes up again on Saturday Michelle.

And PS. My betas were perfect with 2 of my losses so they are not a 100% indication of the outcome. (((millions of more hugs)))

I agree that it going up is a super-great sign. My betas with my losses were basically stagnant. I know that some women just do not have as high of beta numbers or they don't increase as quickly as the "charts" say. And they go on to have healthy pregnancies and babies.
