I went in this morning for my second beta. I know my lines look really good this morning (test line almost darker than control now) but I can't help but be scared about the results. Especially after the nurses acted like 65 was so low to begin with. I keep playing the last few result calls in my head where I found out my second test was lower. It's so hard to get past that. I will be calling the lab at 11 to see if my results are in and then I'll run over and sign them out myself since my OB isn't open today. I'll let you know as soon as I have the number. I'm going to be a wreck opening that envelope!!!

Being pregnant after a loss (and multiple losses) is just plain scary! I was still scared as we were walking out the door to give birth to Scarlett. ((hugs)) we are here for you!

Thanks ladies! My number ended up being 158 so it doubled and then some. I have to keep going back until it hits 1000 so hoping for a decent number on Monday. I don't think I'll be as nervous for that draw now. I'll just be so glad to get through this first trimester.

Horray!!!!!!! When they reach 1,000 are they going to do an ultrasound? My betas were around 1200 when I had my first.

My first beta was 40, and I was told that it was way too low. I am 24 weeks now, so poo on them! I refused all other betas because of the stress. It actually helped me!

I'm not sure what they are going to do this time. I think with Akadia, they did my first ultrasound at 9 weeks. With my last pregnancy that got that far though, they did it at 6 weeks because I was spotting. They may do one around the same time now that I have "history".

I am praying "history" does not repeat itself!
