Everyday I make an effort to go on a walk for at least 30 minutes, it's usually a time me and my husband spend together and he takes the liberty of walking our dog too. However as soon as the walk is over and I sit down to rest I get overwhelmingly tired. To the point I want to pass out.

If I wait a little while longer I get over the sleepiness - I am not entirely sure why this happens.
I am also recently having a pain in my upper abdomen on the right side, especially when walking, I am thinking it's my liver? It has only come up the past few days I am not sure why.

Do any of you mommies to be exercise frequently?

If you are wondering, I did get the OK from my doctor to exercise about this amount everyday, it also helps with controlling my blood pressure too.

I did not exercise at all when I was pregnant. I was wayyyyy too tired and plus I was afraid I would lose the baby... that was just my own paranoia though.

Understandable. I had to really make myself get up and move around, I read that if you exercise you are less likely to miscarry - as long as you don't overdo anything.

I was trying to walk on the warm days we had here. I found myself to get tired like you and very light headed. I found out when I had my gestational diabetes test that I am very anemic. I have to take iron twice a day. I have been taking the iron for about a week now but I still get very tired but not as light headed. You could always say something to your doctor at your next appointment.

I am so tired too. I never got morning sickness with this pregnancy but its been the worst so far out of all 6 of being tired.
Right now we have a puppy and running her out to potty and playing with her is wearing me out... on the otherr hand I think its good for me to get off my rear and do something..lol

I would just mention it to your doctor at your next appointment. It could be that your lacking something or that it's just overexerting you for whatever reason.
