Okay so me and my husband were going over girl names and originally we had chose the name

Chelsea Renae ( Renae is after his beloved aunt)

and I was talking to some family members about the name and had some doubts, so we made a short list of names that sounded nice and chose a few.

Other girl name considerations are..

Isabella Renae
Chloe/Khloe Renae

I know I have yet to know the sex of the baby (and being my luck, I will have a boy ) but it was just something to mull over. What do you girls think? Which name sounds prettier?

I'm not, personally a fan of Isabella at all (the name itself, not just this particular combination). Of the other two, I like Chloe better.

My middle name is Renee. I have an aunt on each side with the name. So I'm rather fond of that part.

I actually have always liked Isabella, but now it and all the variations of it have become SO popular!! As a teacher, I'm kind of sick of any name with "Belle" in it. I prefer Chloe over Chelsea, and spelled the traditional way rather than the Kardashian way

I also think Isabella is overused. I think it's ranked #2 for the country. I don't have a preference for Chloe or Chelsea, but I dislike the spelling of Chloe with a K (also because of the Kardashians who have done absolutely nothing to be famous).

I agree about Isabella being way too popular. Chloe is getting there too. But I like it and I like Chelsea as well.

I also like Chloe and Chelsea. I like the name Isabella, but it is very common nowadays.

I too like Chelsea Renae best. I also like Issabella. Have you thought of shortening it to Sabella Renae? We were going to use Sabella as a middle name if this baby would have had girl parts.

I like chelsea renae! Very different and not overused. I am rather sick of both chloe and Isabella. I used to like them both and now I just know too many of them. They are still pretty, if you don't mind the popularity issue. But having a kid with a popular name, I try to avoid it now when thinking of other names

I agree that Isabella is overuse, I do like it but too many people are naming their kids that. Chloe I like, I like Laila as well, it's really pretty.

Not a fan of Isabella. Love Chelsea and Chloe, but don't like Chloe with a K.

I like Isabella, but I agree, it's become very popular. I also think Chloe has moved way up in ranks.

I like Hailey and Laila like Katie suggested too
