I'm feeling crampy today. Just little quick sharp stabs of cramps now and then, mostly if I'm leaning forwards. It's worrying me! Could it just be stretching? It doesn't feel like the cramps that kicked off my loss, but it's still worrying me. No spotting at all.

As long as you're not bleeding cramps are normal. However, if they get too intense for you, I would make a call to your doctor.

Cramps are normal, try not to worry too much. Things are stretching.

As long as the cramping isn't painful and doesn't last a long time it is normal. I have had plenty of strange aches and pains. Your body is just growing to accommodate the baby

6 weeks is when the cramping/stretching was the worst for me, it was really noticeable.

I've had cramping my WHOLE pregnancy... As long as its not severe or no bleeding no worries.

I seriously had cramping everyday all day in the first trimester.

I was really crampy from 6-7 weeks. It worried me too, but I think it's just normal for that time period.

I'm doing better than yesterday. I haven't had to lean forward much, so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it, but I'll take it!

Take it easy and rest as much as possible. Drink lots of fluids too! PAL is so stressful!
