Were in shock. As some of you may know, my IUD fell out 2mo ago. There was no other type of BC that I could do, so the dr. said "lets try it again and see if stays this time". Well after having 6 kids, I was not going to chance it. I decided to follow my charts instead, but having O later at cd15 instead of normal 11 or 12th day, really through me for a loop this cycle. I also took one of the fertility tests and it was a blaring positive for high FSH, that with the fact that my af's are only 1 day of a light/med flow and 2 days of spotting, has lead me to beleive I was in peri-menapause. I guess not!
Go for my first beta tomorrow. I will be 12dpo. Got my first bfp on 9dpo am, and had a bfp on a digi the same night! Lines are progressing so far, but my guards are up. Although this little baby was not planned at all, we do love it already. But will be ok no matter the outcome. DH is getting the big V now, even though I did not want him to have that done (Im scared to death of my man having erectile disfuntion), but there is no other option! I dont want 10 more kids before Im 50!
Yesterday's beta at 12dpo was 65 and progesterone was 57! (Im taking prometrium orally, reason for the high number). But I never had a number higher than 47 until the 6th wk with my last two girls while on the same prometrium. Cautiously very optomistic!!
Heres my 13dpo pee stick, dark as the control if not darker already. Never got a line like this until 15dpo with my girls!
So many girls getting BFPs lately! Well congratulations!
If you don't want your husband to get the big V - have you considered getting your tubes tied instead- I mean if that is a worry for you?

I would of had my tubes tied in a second, but insurance does not cover it and I dont qualify for medicaid (they do cover it!) But dh's insurance will cover the V, so I guess that's the only option we have.
