I'm going to be about 9-9:15, but for some reason I keep waking up at 4:30, I try hard to go back to sleep until 5:30 but not always happens.
When I feel that I am falling asleep I get up and try to go for short walks, eat some chocolate, I listen to the radio at work, that keeps me going most of the time.
Well, I get up to go to the bathroom at least once a night, but it doesn't really affect the quality of my sleep. I think I partially sleepwalk into the bathroom because I am asleep again in less than a minute. So, I feel great. I know that's kind of annoying for some people to hear.
