They took my blood to check hCg levels last Friday (I was 15 DPO I THINK) and they saw nothing on the ultrasound yet. The nurse called today with my number - 604. And they want me to come back in on Wednesday to get more bloodwork done to see if my levels are rising or falling.

Does anyone else have bloodwork done? Is 604 a good level for about 4 weeks pregnant? I have no idea!

I had my betas drawn. If I recall correctly, 604 is good for that time. I think mine were 28 at 11 DPO and 6,600ish at 18DPO.

Your HCG levels can vary so much but it sounds like a good starting number dear. As long as the number is doubling roughly every 48 hours then that is a good sign. I know it's so stressful! KUP on your second beta!

I was going to post the same thing that Patty did

GL and KUP on your numbers!! Fingers crossed that they are rising, just keep in mind that everyone's start/double at different rates, so try not to compare too much!

Its not so much what your number is, its what your number does when they do a repeat draw.
But yes 4 weeks is way to early to see anything on ultrasound. typically you wont see a heart beat until the 6th or 7th week

I agree it's Mire how your numbers rise not the single number and 4 weeks is way to early for an ultrasound. Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy.

Your number sounds very good for 4 weeks. It is way to early to see anything on u/s. Some u/s machines have a hard time before it reaches 10,000.
Doubling is what you are looking for!

This is easier to understand than charts and allows you to see what the other ladies mean about varying. Like they said, it's your own doubling that matters...
