I am now at the point if I go I get to go to the birth center but the clock is ticking because you can only give birth there from 37-42 weeks.
Belly measured 36 weeks.
At first the heartbeat was in the 190's and freaked the midwife out and she almost had me do a NST but she sat there listening and it dipped down to the 160's and she called it a good decel and it was acually a good thing. While she was listening he was all over the place and kicking up a storm. She kept saying "Goodness calm down little man" So she said he must have been super active and got him self all worked up and raised his heart rate.
Funny thing is I am not stressing about so much about the birth as I am about him being circumsized and dealing with that healing.
I also had my final meeting with my Doula last night.
I am happy your appt went great- it sounds like you have an active little man! I hope you get to deliver at the birth center.
Don't worry to much about the circumcision healing - I'm sure it will be great. Just follow the instructions on caring for it & things will be fine I was really scared about that when I had my son & all turned out well.
Thank you Katie (.:Shortcake:.) for my beautiful siggy!!
Yay, I hope you get that birth experience, in the center, that you want! I am worried about circumcision too, we don't know what we are having, but I am more in panic mode thinking about that healing process and then about having a boy in general, you know with teen years and what not, even though I am sure boys are probably a little easier (hormone wise)...lol! I think the natural thing is that you worry about having the opposite sex once you have had one or the other...
