I know it's so far away & there are so many hurdles to getting there, but the last couple days all I can think about is how I don't want this baby born on Daniel's day. I don't want to celebrate & feel sorrow on the same day. What if this baby comes that day? I'm so afraid...

How far is your due date from Daniel's birthday? If you're due before that, maybe you'll go even earlier once the cerclage is out?

My sweet Scarlett was born on the day my first loss baby was supposed to be born. I thought I would feel that way - the sadness on a day which is supposed to be happy. To be honest though I feel like Scarlett was born that day on purpose to comfort me on what was {for 2 years} an extremely sad day in my life.

I'm due November 17 & Daniel's birthday is November 9... Both my kids came early, so it seems likely this one will too.

Thanks Missy - hearing your story makes me feel better about the possibility. I never thought of it that way

I was scared of the same thing too. Our first loss was on 04/21 and I was afraid of having Emily on that date. I really wanted to reserve that day for the one we lost....but I can definitly see it from Missy's perspective too.
