The doctor that I had was wonderful, but she is pg with twin and due mid June . I talked to her about VBAC and she said that she read my records and that I am a good candidate because DS was breech, there was nothing wrong with me. She agree that it would be a good idea to get the whopping cough vaccine now because DS is in daycare (so now I have to remember to call my primary doctor for it). I asked her about my tail bone pain and she said that unfortunately there is nothing that I can do, and that it won't heal until after birth so 3 more months of pain

Yay for a VBAC, I will keep my fingers crossed that you get that! If she is pregnant with twins and due mid-June, she will probably be back by the end of July, because I would guess she would go early Did she say when she is coming back?

Sorry about the tailbone pain, can you try a chiropractor?

She did not....I hope she is back, but I won't keep my hopes up.
No I have not try a chiropractor, I actually haven't thought about it. I think the way my insurance goes is that my primary doctor would have to send me to one. I have to go and see her any way, so I might ask.

That stinks about her being pregnant. Have you seen the doctor that will be covering?

Awesome about VBAC. Hopefully you tailbone will be somewhat healed before then. Also what about warm compresses. I know I was allowed a low heating pad when mine was bugging me. I got one that warmed up in the microwave and then put it on my cushion when it was really bugging me.

Patty - I am so sorry about your pain I agree with trying a chiropractor, they may be able to help out.

How did you get to be 28 weeks pregnant? It seems like yesterday you got your bfp! wow... not too much longer

I also agree with the chiro. I went when I was pregnant and honestly it made the WORLD of difference!

I also agree about the Chiro, I have been seeing mine all through my pregnancy and its been wonderful. My insurance does not cover it but she only charges $35.00 for cash pay (my insurance co pay would be $35.00 so its the same ether way)

I'm glad your getting your VBAC! That stinks about your pain but I really think seeing the chiropractor is a good idea.
