I guess this is a bit of a rant, but I'm slightly disappointed with Huggies.

A few months ago I bought a big box of diapers and only used two out of the box - I noticed the dye transferred on to Olivia's clothes so I e-mailed them and they told me to mail all but the two diapers back, which I did. She said once they received the diapers back they would "compensate me accordingly." So I get my compensation in the mail today ... a ONE dollar coupon, and a printable at that!

Did you call them? I would call them back and be polite but firm. Like "I appreciate the coupon you sent but that does not even cover the cost of the postage or defective product. I need at least a full package of diapers to be satisified".

CALL THEM! That is ridiculous! You could have resold them! When I complained to Pampers about a pack of diapers once, they didn't make me send them back, and they sent me vouchers worth the ENTIRE amount of the diapers I had bought. $1 coupon? No way.

Call them!!! They just ripped you off in a big way! Tell them they need to send like 25 more of those $1 coupons.

I agree, call them! A coupon does not make up for defected diaper or the postage to send the diapers.

I agree that you should call them. In no way does a measly little $1 coupon make up for a whole defective lot of diapers plus postage.

I wish I would've read these comments before this morning!

I sent the coupon back with a note explaining that if they felt I was only worth that, I didn't want it.

You can still call them and complaint, explain that you sent back their miserable $1 coupon, and that you want to be compensated for defected diapers.
