Went and had a nap and was having a little twinge of pain in one little place. While I slept I drempt that I sat on the toilet and wiped and a hole bunch of blood was there. I started screaming, do I really have to go through this again??? REALLY?!?!?

....then my little DS came in and woke me up. Since the dream I am having more cramping and though I don't believe it, it was very unsettling. This is my second m/c dream since being pregnant. Do you have dreams like that at all?

I think it is just your fear manifesting itself in your dream. It's hard but try not to worry.

I get those from time to time. It's scary, but like Amanda said it's just your worst fears manifesting themselves. Try not to read into them.

I had bad dreams on and off the whole 9 months. Then after I had Cody I had bad dreams for the first week after we got home.

Yes I had nightmares alot while pregnant with our rainbow baby. Its hard and very unsettling. My worst ones were around my loss times. Luckily I could go in for heartbeat checks. It was the only thing that helped me. The good news is you can't cause a m/c with a bad dream. Hopefully you will feel better soon. Try to distract yourself, it helps.

It's totally normal, many girls here have had the same type of nightmares. I had a ton of anxiety in the 1st and 2nd trimester just going to the bathroom worrying there would be blood.

It's natural to have weird dreams being pregnant anyways, but when you are preoccupied with sustaining the pregnancy it is more unsettling.

Yes I have had them quite a bit. I even have them occasionally even now.
