If I go outside with the kids, we go first thing after breakfast. But most of the time we're staying inside in the AC. We do venture to the pool sometimes when I need the water to give my back a break from the belly.

No heat wave here. I'm inside an AC building all day, I don't go out during the hot times either way.

Just trying to stay with the AC and drinking plenty of water. When I go to a beach or kayaking I take breaks to go in the water. We'll as how long I can keep kayaking since it's tricky getting in and out!
