It wasn't great, because then I'd be off bed rest, but it was good

My cervix is now measuring 2, so I guess this boredom is very worth it! My baby girl is getting bigger and stronger and I am so happy!!

My OB decided to switch me back to bi-weekly u/s to measure the cervical length. She said it appears things are stabilized, so there's no need to irritate the cervix weekly with scans, so I guess I'm ok with it. She said if I had any problems to call in & they'd get me in for a scan.

I only have 1 week & three days till viability & 6 weeks and 3 days to my first personal goal of 28 weeks- I think I'm going to make it!!!!! I might just order the nursery furniture that I can't set up yet

Yay Tanya! I'm so glad that things are continue to look alright. It must be very frustrating to be on bedrest, but how wonderful that it seems to be working and bringing you that much closer to meeting your little girl!

Congrats on the appointment. You are right off bedrest would be better but getting to 28+ weeks is better in the long run... Hang in there.
A friend's daughter was told she'd never get to 22 weeks with her twins after showing cervix progression at 18 weeks. She just delivered at 35 weeks last week and both boys spent only hours in the NICU. She is not regretting the long weeks on bed rest now.
