So for the past few days - I am not sure weither or not my vision has been more blurry or not. I wear glasses and have had to clean them a few times - but right now they are clean and things seem a bit blurry.

I've had problems with my eyes being dry/watering at random times during this entire pregnancy so it's really hard to tell if that is what is causing it or not?

I haven't had any changes with headaches or anything - my main concern is preclampsia - while I am on blood pressure medication - that doesn't prevent developing it.

I go to the Clinic on Tuesday - I've had more swelling in my feet but I know that isn't unusually at this stage in pregnancy.

hmm i know that a percentage of pregnant women experience vision changes (temporary) and i vaguely remember my eye doctor saying 3rd tri was when it was most likely to happen....i would tell your OB anyway just in case it could be a sign of BP issue, but hopefully it's just a short term problem for you! You are so close to meeting your LO i can't believe you're already 36 weeks!

I hope so too, my eyes are usually so sore from being dry I think it may be causing some strain. The blurriness comes and goes and I asked my OB about it before (I was seeing lights flashing before my eyes) and he said something along the lines of, as long as it isn't constant and you don't have persistent headaches he didn't think it was preclampsia.

Yes just a few more weeks (or less!) I am really starting to freak out a bit - this is my first LO so it's all new to me. I am ready to have her already though, I feel huge.

I hope it's nothing. The only time I had blurry vision was when I did develop pre-e at the end (38 weeks). Please be sure to get your bp looked at asap, even if it's just at your local pharmacy.
