It's funny thinking back to how I would have answered these questions and how they compare to the reality.

I'd really like to hear more about that Courtney... I can research all of this until I'm blue but I doubt very much it will actually prepare me for it.

What most worries you about delivery? Hmm... at this point what I worry about the most is her coming too early or late and winding up having to give birth at the hospital.
What big items do you still need for baby? I need to find a dresser to match the crib and will probably get a new glider too.
Where will baby sleep when they arrive? We got a co-sleeper to be next to the bed so she'll be in that for the first few months and then will transition to the crib. At least that's the plan...

What most worries you about delivery? Nothing. I'm having an easy, scheduled repeat c-section.
What big items do you still need for baby? Nothing really. I have so much from when we had Liam.
Where will baby sleep when they arrive? Probably with us. We're co-sleepers. It's easier for breastfeeding while not having to wake up.

What most worries you about delivery? Getting really sick again following my c/s delivery... hoping that won't happen this time!
What big items do you still need for baby? Nothing really, we saved everything from when we had Josiah. We need to stock up on diapers and wipes, and I need some new nursing tanks, but other than that we're pretty much set.
Where will baby sleep when they arrive? We'll have the bassinet set up next to our bed, and it is also possible that baby will bed share some with us.

What most worries you about delivery?
BEFORE: Epidurals always worry me because there are real risks. Having crazy doctors that force you into having a C section for no actual reason. Having a C section because of being induced. Going into labor at work in some excessively dramatic fashion. Having to deliver the baby in a car because of MA traffic. It would end up being the opposite gender of what the bazillion sonograms told me I was having. Pooping during delivery. Obviously, I was very rational.

REALITY: No poop. No C section even though I was induced. Epidural was given at the perfect time (had the baby less than an hour later) and I never had to get a catheter. I did end up having antibiotics for group b strep even though I tested negative because that was how that doctor rolled. It made the uncomfortable test really pointless. Having my water "break" a second time while I was standing up in my L/D room all over my feet/slippers. It was very wet and warm. So gross.

What big items do you still need for baby?
I don't think I needed anything, but I bought plenty of things that I did not need/use at all. Most of it I returned, so it was ok.

Where will baby sleep when they arrive?
BEFORE: In a pack in play in my room until three months then the crib.

REALITY (at almost 4 months): On me (or my husband), in my bed. Totally annoying. It is getting better though, so there is hope.
