For pregnant ladies: Are you remembering to take your prentatal vitamins everyday?


for mommas: Are you still taking prenatals vitamins due to breastfeeding? Are you taking a regular vitamin? How are you at remembering to take your vitamins?



I am still taking my prenatal vitamins since I am breastfeeding. I am a bit anal about my vitamins and remember to take them everyday.

Yes, I take my prenatal vitamins every day. It is because of breastfeeding as well as just trying to keep the good vitamins with me for when we TTC again.

i wont lie alot of days i put them in my mouth gag and spit them out... i feel like a horrible mom but i guess when u try to swallow them and your body makes u spit it out theres not much u can do . and the gumy ones and stuff r even werce!. so i take them when i can i no im a bad pregnant person

Faithfully since probably September last year? I started with the gummy vitamins - which were nice since I didn't have to eat beforehand. I was on a cheaper-generic brand for a month or two before getting on 'OneADay' brand prenatals, I get the DHA-fish-pills with them. I have noticed feeling better since taking vitamins and will probably continue to take them during breastfeeding.

It's a definite must if you are TTC,pregnant or breastfeeding!

I think if you aren't TTC/Preggers/breastfeeding it may be better to stay on a regular adult vitamin as the prenatal ones carry more iron/calicum.

I take mine every night. The only time I've missed was two different nights while I was on vacation for two weeks.
