Mom's will you try to have more babies? When do you plan on trying for another baby?

We are planning on trying for one more baby sometime in the near future, although right now we are not really using any protection so right now we are ntnp. I think we will actively start trying again early next year.

I definitely want another one - maybe two more. But hubby says just one more right now, it'll probably be a few years - 2-3, until Chelsea is a bit older and at least out of diapers.

I'm still undecided. For a while it was more on the "definitely no" side, but now I'm thinking maybe one more, ttc in July. It'd be a much easier decision if I didn't puke the whole time.
Happy Song likes this.

We want to have one more. Right now we are NTNP. Although I need to get passed this surgery and make sure this cyst isn't cancer. If the cyst is cancer then I think that will close the door on us trying for another one.

I would like another one, but it isn't going to happen. We are on the slightly older side, and we both feel we want to be able to enjoy some time with out children before we retire! Another big factor is how high-risk I am. I would have to travel 4 hours round trip every week to be followed by a high-risk team and undergo weekly intravenous treatments, and even with all of that, there is a chance our baby could still be born sick. I just think the stress would be too much for me.

I don't know yet. I am old (well, my parts are) and babies are a lot of work. We are NTNP until I get to the age where I think it's not worth the risk of bad eggs.

I wanted another baby but after much thinking and discussion I got my tubes tied after Scarlett was born. I still really want another and we are talking adoption of a possible 2 to 4 year old next year.

My body is a hot mess with all sorts of issues now but Scarlett was so worth it! <3 Love that girl.

We definitely are going to have more. 1-2 more. We don't exactly know when we are going to be TTC. It could be as early as next month, but we are just winging it as of right now. Great thing about NFP is you can go from TTA to TTC very easily.

Mind if I ask---what kind of problems did you encounter with Scarlett? I'm guessing your body is not up to the challenge of having another one (from what you posted)? Hope you don't mind me being nosey.

well we are growing one right now We don't know if we are done yet or not...we will figure that out once this one gets here. I will BF for a year and I don't ovulate while BFing so we don't need to worry about getting pregnant for awhile although I wouldn't mind an oopsie It would be nice to get pregnant without trying.

We are TTC now, and would love at least one more baby. We struggled with infertility before conceiving Eleanor, and I am still having really long cycles, so I doubt that a pregnancy will happen any time soon.

We just started TTC our third. We will likely have one more after that as well. We agree that four is our number.

Absolutely not!! With every single issue Layne has, it pushes me further and further away from wanting another one. This child has scared me half to death on multiple occasions. Plus my pregnancy with him was so terrible and my GD caused him so many issues. I couldn't do that to another baby.

I've always wanted a big family but pregnancy doesn't agree with me. I'm bipolar and it's really hard to manage during pregnancy. I think I'm finally on meds that will keep me stable. I have to have a girl, so one more is definitely a must. We won't try for her until this baby is 2 years and 9 months old. I need a break between pregnancies. Also, I'm a c-section mama so, I can have maximum 5 kids. Even that seems like a massive number when I think about enduring 3 more pregnancies while being bipolar.

Right now I'm feeling like I'm in over my head with three. But I won't make anything final now while I'm sleep deprived and struggling with PPD.

We want to have at least two... but I'll be 38 when Regan is born so we're planning to not wait to long. It's never taken us longer than 3 months to get pregnant, so we'll probably start trying again when she's 9 months or a year old. After that it would just depend on how we feel, but I'm betting that two would be it for us.
