Don't want to start a debate, I'm just curious.

For Mommies: Did you vaccinate your children? If yes, did you follow the standard schedule or do an alternate schedule? How did baby do with his/her shots, any reaction?

For pregnant ladies: Do you plan on vaccinating your baby? Will you follow the standard schedule or do an alternate schedule.

I do vaccinate my kids. We are following an alternative schedule. Jacob has done fine with his shots so far, no reaction at all. We are going this afternoon for his 5 month checkup and he will get some more shots so hopefully he won't have any reaction to them either.

We plan to delay and then do a very selective alternative schedule.

Savannah is fully vax'd on recommended schedule...she did awesome with all of her shots, and for several didn't even cry (nurse was amazed). We got lucky that she had minimal to no reaction to all of them, didn't even run a fever for most of them. Hopefully she'll do great with this year's flu shot too (i need to get that scheduled soon).

We vaccinate on the recommended schedule - no reactions for either of my girls! I am very much a scientist and completely follow the CDC recommendations...lol!

I also got the Tdap vaccine myself, in the hospital before I was discharged. I don't mess around with whooping cough, especially after the scare we had with Addy possibly having it...

I vax mostly on schedule, but we spread them out so that we know which one she reacts to if any. She has never had any reaction to any of them. I will not be getting the chicken pox vax though.

We did vaccinate fully up to one year, but that was because Chloe was a preemie and we felt a delayed schedule was too much of a risk. We did only one vaccination at a time, though, so with her RSV shots she ended up getting a shot every two weeks for the entire winter. From this point forth we are selectively vaccinating on an alternate schedule. If she has not had chicken pox by the time she starts school, I will have her vaccinated for it then.

We vaccinate on schedule. He never had a reaction and now he's done (besides flu shots) until he's four

We're vaccinating on the regular schedule.
