For Mommies: Did you vaccinate your children? If yes, did you follow the standard schedule or do an alternate schedule? How did baby do with his/her shots, any reaction?
For pregnant ladies: Do you plan on vaccinating your baby? Will you follow the standard schedule or do an alternate schedule.
I do vaccinate my kids. We are following an alternative schedule. Jacob has done fine with his shots so far, no reaction at all. We are going this afternoon for his 5 month checkup and he will get some more shots so hopefully he won't have any reaction to them either.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Savannah is fully vax'd on recommended schedule...she did awesome with all of her shots, and for several didn't even cry (nurse was amazed). We got lucky that she had minimal to no reaction to all of them, didn't even run a fever for most of them. Hopefully she'll do great with this year's flu shot too (i need to get that scheduled soon).

We did vaccinate fully up to one year, but that was because Chloe was a preemie and we felt a delayed schedule was too much of a risk. We did only one vaccination at a time, though, so with her RSV shots she ended up getting a shot every two weeks for the entire winter. From this point forth we are selectively vaccinating on an alternate schedule. If she has not had chicken pox by the time she starts school, I will have her vaccinated for it then.
