If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks?
Do you try to snack on healthy foods?
Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant?



Are you a snacker? I am definitely a snacker
If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks? right now I snack on grapes and bananas and other kinds of fruit
Do you try to snack on healthy foods? I try to snack on healthy foods most of the time
Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant? when I'm pregnant, I'm not quite so healthy. I find myself wanting to snack on candy bars and other treats and not so much on fruit and healthy items.

Are you a snacker? It depends, I find myself needing a snack before dinner, sometimes, if I eat breakfast especially early, I need a snack mid-morning.

If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks? I try to have some sort of fruit or I do chips and salsa, or string cheese, occasionally M&Ms

Do you try to snack on healthy foods? I try, sometimes it doesn't go over!

Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant? I snack more frequently when pregnant, but it is typically the same types of foods.

During pg yes. Otherwise not really a snacker but divide meals into smaller more frequent ones for sugar reasons.

If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks?
During pg, I try to be good however I am do have a bad sweet tooth so afternoon ones are usually not the best. (Can't have it while not pg so yes I do eat sweets during pg)..

Do you try to snack on healthy foods?
Morning snacks are fruit and greek yogurt.

Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant?
YUP . Don't need to follow a low sugar diet while pg. Though I do need to eat twice the amount of protein than most normal pg people.

If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks? I usually have fresh fruit cut up and ready tp eat in the fridge
Do you try to snack on healthy foods? yes
Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant? I've not been snacking as much but I eat more mini meals

If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks? High calorie protein rich foods. Full fat yogurt and kefir, coconut and peanut butter cookies, etc.
Do you try to snack on healthy foods? These foods are healthy for me since I am struggling to keep my weight up.
Do you find you snack differently when pregnant vs. when not pregnant? I have more cravings and aversions while pregnant and my snacking follows them... I am very indulgent of my pregnancy cravings.
