I'm sorry I been MIA for so long. Between the baby and a 3.5 year old, I had almost no time to come here to read or post, so now that I am back to work, I have time to come and be with you all lovely ladies.
Just a quick update on me, the baby is doing great, don't know if you guys remember that he was in the NICU for a week because of an infection, he is now growing like a weed, great baby, whines a lot, but only cries when he's hungry or tired.
I am now back at work, and of course not too happy about that, hate leaving the baby at daycare.
So how are you ladies doing? Please update me, it's been 2 months, so I know I missed a lot.

HI Patty Great to see you here, I was the same way, I just recently came back too, because I am at work and have a little time while here to visit!

I missed your posts about the baby while I was out on leave, glad to hear he is doing great!

Addy is doing well, we had some periods of slight colic, although I think it was more a reflux thing, but that has passed and she is pretty much a great baby - she is happy most of the time and only cries when she is hungry. Occasionally she will be fussy, but it is usually gas or something like that. She isn't sleeping through the night yet, although we have had a handful of nights where she has. Recently she has been waking at around midnight to 1 am and eating and going right back to sleep and then will wake again around 4ish and eat, sometimes she thinks that 4 is a good time to get up and play and talk really loudly, we are trying to figure out how to break her of that, this not STTN is new to us, Reagan STTN at 5 weeks. Addy will be 4 months on Sunday...time has flown by!

Welcome back Sorry you have to leave the baby at daycare, I hate doing it too, but I am also loving being back at work...wish there was a happy medium for me!

So glad you are back and glad your baby is doing great. Leaving them at daycare is very hard and I still have a hard time some mornings leaving my 3 year old there. Especially when he's clinging to my leg begging me not to leave.

Jacob is now 6 months old and growing like a little weed. He has just now started to sit up by himself. He has had RSV this past week so that has been no fun but thankfully the breathing treatments that his dr has him on seem to be working.

I went back to work when Jacob was 8 weeks old and that was very hard but I enjoy being back at work also.

Did you just have him? I can't believe all the babies are now so grown
Are any of you pumping?

yes I'm pumping at work. I will usually pump 3 or 4 times during the day which seems to be enough for him to have plenty of milk at daycare. I hate pumping but it is a necessary evil.

And yes the time has flown by. I can't believe that he is already 6 months old.
