Are you a snacker?
If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks?
Do you try to snack on healthy snacks?

Are you a snacker? Yes, I am a terrible snacker.
If so, what kinds of food do you use for snacks? I usually go for salty things or candy, which is terrible, but as soon as I am tired or stressed, it's what I want to eat.
Do you try to snack on healthy snacks? I go through phases of eating healthier, and then lapsing back into junk food.

I am not a natural snacker and have to remind myself when it is time to eat. But if stuff is lying around, I eat it unconsciously. Whether healthy or not! I have tried to snack more to gain weight and usually it was nuts and peanut butter crackers and kefir and yogurt. High protein, high calorie stuff. Can't stomach it with ms though
