Do you do any workouts?
What about a gym membership?
If your pregnant are you trying to workout or walk through out your pregnancy?
If you have already had your baby, did you workout through your pregnancy? If yes, did you find it easier to get back into shape after you had your baby?



Do you do any workouts? I do workout and try to do so 4 to 5 times each week
What about a gym membership? No I have a treadmill and some workout DVD's that I do at home

I did workout in the beginning of my pregnancy but was on bed rest at the end so I didn't workout the entire pregnancy. I did find that in my first pregnancy where I worked out the entire time I got my pre-pregnancy body back easier than in my second where I didn't workout as much.
