I had my 20 week scan today. Baby Theodore is a big boy (yes, still a boy, despite me secretly hoping it would "turn into" a girl). He is measuring at 22w3d! Is is healthy as can be. They found that his cord is not coming out of the end as they thought, but it isn't exactly centred but it is fine and they expect no problems. The only problem they saw was that the thing they believed is a septum in my bladder is twice the size it was when I was pregnant with Peter (2 years ago) they are sending me to a urologist to get it biopsied because they are concerned it could be cancer. I imagine if it was though, it would have killed me in the past two years. But I suppose it doesn't hurt to check it out.

Aw, cute baby shot! I know what you mean about secretly hoping he will turn into a girl. I'm having that problem but starting to get settled into having a boy.
Wow that's crazy about the bladder septum. I hope it turns out to be benign. Will they biopsy while you're pregnant or after?

Glad that baby boy looks good and very healthy. He is a big boy.

I hope your bladder turns out to be okay. Let us know what dr says after they biopsy it.

Congrats on your big healthy boy!! As for the bladder septum, praying all is well. I had a lump for 2.5yrs and thought the same thing, it was cancer, and it was slowed in growth due to pregnancy and bf'ing. Cancer does funny things when your pregnant, though it did not kill me in the 2yrs I had it, it did grow. Praying for a benign result.

Biopsy will be done asap... I thought should wait until after I am not pregnant, because I'll have to go under, but the doc said it is safe
