Hello ladies! I just found out I was pregnant last week and my EDD is April 3. Last month I got pregnant after 13 cycles of trying with our very first IUI. Unfortunately, due to low progesterone, I m/c early at 5 weeks. My body quickly got back into routine and I got pregnant (with an IUI again) our first cycle after the m/c. My doctor has put me on progesterone suppositories which I started taking on CD 16.

My first beta's were~ 12 DPO HcG 41 and Progesterone 16.2
Then I had more ~ 16 DPO Hcg 325 and Progesterone 13.3

I am a little discouraged about my progesterone levels even when I am on a supplement!!! My nurse reassured me that they are happy with anything above 11 and that your progesterone levels could vary during the day. She is going to draw more labs next Tuesday to check only my progesterone. I am a little worried and would like to know of any experiences ya'll have had with low progesterone and what levels were you told were normal in VERY early pregnancy (I am only 4 weeks). Thanks girls!!!

Oh congrats on your pregnancy!!!!!!!!!!!

I have alot of experience w/low progesterone levels and carried a baby to term w/a level of 9 at 11 weeks. My levels tested this time same dpo as you were only 13 then 3 days later went up to 17.8. Progesterone fluctuates all the time, Your level is fine is you are taking a supplement. I dont worry about my low levels I am taking crinone a suppos. What kind are you on? I am glad they are monitoring you. Everything sounds good with you, great levels and progesterone will fluctuate. Congrats!

Oh and if your on a suppos. it doesnt necces. show up in bloodwork, I do believe it does a little but not entirely, the suppos. goes right to your uterus where its absorbed right where its needed.

Oh girls! Thank you so much for your input. You asked what kind of progesterone I am taking...... I am taking Prochieve 8% Suppositories once a day (I take them at night). I have been taking them since CD 17. They are yucky but I have NO side effects with them at all besides them being a little messy!!! How long did you guys have to take the progesterone??? I was told that I would be taking them up to 10 weeks but I have read where other ladies have taken it for longer than that.

Thanks again, I feel so much better after reading the replies. I am trying so hard not to stress!
