Does anyone know how to calculate how far along one is?

If I count from first day of last period, I'm 4w2d. Does that mean I'm in the 4th week, or I just started the 5th week?

When I was expecting my son, I could NEVER figure out where I was.

Here, this might help!
Pregnancy Calendar - Your Pregnancy Day by Day

You can put in your due date or calculate your due date and then it will give you how far along you are for every day until you're due, and tell you what trimester you're in and all that.

The calendars are great! They also give you cool info on the stage your in.
