Jacob is doing much better now that he seems to be over the flu. He is trying so hard to talk and has said something that sounds like bye bye. I'm trying to get him to say ma ma and DH is trying to get him to say Da da. Jackson said da da first so it would be nice if Jacob said ma ma. He is still not crawling but is scooting all over the hardwood floor in our house. He weighs 18 lbs and 3 oz as of last Monday. He's in size 3 diapers and 9 month clothes. He'll be 9 months next week. I can't believe how fast the time has gone. I'll post some new pics tonight when I get my camera hooked up to my computer

Addy is starting to crawl, mostly backwards, but she is revving up to head forward She just started waving today, it was the cutest thing! And she has pulled herself up using my hands quite a few times, however, she is very unsteady, so she can't do it on furniture just yet...thank goodness

She is 6.5 months and is wearing 9 month clothing, her 6 month well visit (a couple of weeks late because we had to switch docs) is tomorrow, so I will update with measurements then! I am guessing a little over 17 lbs though. Length I am clueless about...lol! She wears size 3 diapers as well.

Jax is still a wild man and running around like crazy His vocabulary is exploding and he's starting to learn all his colors. He is mainly wearing 2T clothes though 2T pants don't stay up very well without cloth diapers so he wears 18 month pants to school when he's in sposies.

Regan is doing great... she was one month old on Sunday. She's now off the oxygen and we're enjoying having a "wireless" baby. We've only been home from the hospital for a couple of weeks so it's hard for me to believe that she's as old as she is. She's gaining weight like crazy... she was ten pounds, ten ounces at her four week appointment and has been gaining about 1.5 to 2 ounces a day since we got home. Breastfeeding is obviously going very well! We're still getting used to the sleep deprivation and I'm adjusting to the fact that taking care of an infant really is a full time job... I feel pretty good the days that I get a shower and a little housework done. She's a very sweet tempered baby that isn't very fussy, but she's awake a lot most days and I feel guilty letting her spend too much time in her swing... plus she wants to eat a lot so I can't go too far! We've been pretty isolated so far because we've been being extra careful because of all the sickness going around right now, so she's only been to the doctor and the midwife at this point. I haven't even been in a store for a month! Weird!

So this was taken on Sunday when she was exactly one month old... we think she's pretty cute!

Oh Becky, she is darling! I'm so glad she's off the oxygen and that she's doing well and gaining weight. Very smart to keep her home and keep away from the bad bugs going around. Wouldn't want such a tiny baby to catch something like that! What a dolly, she is gorgeous!

Chelsea is a VERY active and strong baby. She has always been pretty alert even at a young age, but I never thought a 4 1/2 month old would wear me out so much!

She is rolling over, trying to push herself into a sitting position, even trying to do little steps when you place her on her feet. She likes to 'climb up your belly' so to speak with her little attempts at walking. She is very vocal and while she isn't quite babbling - she is trying to say something!

Her newest thing is she can hold her bottle and pacifier - she also loves to play with her toys.

She really loves her daddy and he is very attentive and affectionate with her, I'm super luck to have him .

She is in 3-6 month clothing and size 2 diapers. Her last appointment she was weighing 15lbs and 6 oz. She is considerably long for her age so sometimes it makes it a challenging with sleepers.

It sure doesn't seem like it's been very long at all, I can always think back to the day she was born and be amazed by how much she's changed.
