Are you making your own baby food? Are you giving baby pureed food or are you trying the baby led weaning and giving baby table food, if so what are you giving baby? At what age did you start baby food? How is baby liking it?

I started giving Jacob the pureed baby food at 6 months. He has had all of the fruits and vegetables and last night he had his first taste of the pureed chicken and he at the entire jar. I thought it looked nasty but he liked it. I haven't done any table food, just the pureed baby food but he has liked most of what he has tried.

We started cereal at 4 months, she didn't like it so we backed off for about a week. After that, we tried squash, she didn't like that, so we waited, the following week we tried sweet potatoes...SUCCESS! She is almost 7 months now and has had squash, sweet potatoes, peaches, pears, apples, carrots, bananas, peas, green beans, avocado and potato soup and split pea soup. She also tried some sort of mixed veggie baby food...she was not a fan She has loved all but the squash and peaches (I can't blame her, they smell terrible....lol). She has also tried pieces of the baby mum mums (she wasn't impressed) and the yogurt bites, she liked these ok.
