Appt went fine, baby is still doing well..measuring slightly ahead (one measurement was 9w0d, one was 9w5d, so averaging 9w3d) and heartbeat was 182. We got to see baby moving a little bit & waving arm buds too!
The SCH is still there, still as big as it was a week ago, and the only good news is that it is positioned below the baby - which implanted high in my uterus - and RE thinks the placenta is up near top so away from the SCH, which is good news at least.
I have some pics which if i can get them scanned tonight I'll add tomorrow...
Next appt is intake with OB's PA on Thursday while they try to work me in with her (she had zero availability for 3 weeks, but given my history they're working me in earlier based on intake appt). RE is so sweet he said I could come back next week for another scan if I want to, even though he's discharging me & technically doesn't have a reason to do one, if it would help put my mind at ease...I'm not sure if I'll take him up on it yet, OB should schedule one for next week as well, but if for some reason that doesn't happen I might go back to RE one more time.
Aw that's so great, Lara! I'm sure it's nerve-wracking too but it must have felt nice to see that little one moving around and hear the heart beat! I'm sorry the SCH is still there but I hope it resolves itself soon. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!
I'm so glad things are going well for you! I'm sure everything is super stressful and you are full of worries, but I love it that your little baby is such a fighter Congratulations!
