Have you filed your taxes? If not when do you normally file your taxes.

Will you be getting a refund or will you owe?

I have not filed my taxes yet. My taxes are a bear to do so I normally wait until the end of March, first of April to start getting everything together. Not something I particularly look forward to every year.

We do usually get back a refund because we always overpay. I hate owing at the end of the year so I try to pay in extra just to make sure that we don't owe.

I have not hit the file button yet but have done them.

Getting a refund but unfortunately DH owed from a few years ago when he was a single man and couldn't seem to think putting exactly correct numbers from his W2 was important, grrr!!!!!

But the refund we are getting will pay all that back so that is a good thing

We are usually done with taxes by now. This is the first year we owe so we are waiting until DH gets his first couple of paychecks from his new job.

I am still waiting on my W2, it got messed up with my leave, so they had to redo it. I have input everything else into them, so I just need to add that and bam! We should get some back, not as much as I was hoping, but oh well...we claim more exemptions during the year, because we need that money more during the year than at the end.

Done filed accepted Jan 27th return spent on property taxes.

I am one of those people running to the post office on April 15th to make sure my envelope is time stamped on time, lol. We are self employed and have to pay every year.

we are self employed also, so tax time always is no fun at all...

DH owns a business with his dad so we always have to wait on FIL to get the paperwork ready to give to the accountant. This year looks like it will be the latest that we get to even file. Normally ours is done mid-Feb but it looks like mid-March for us now.

I always procrastinate on filing even though ours are super easy. I do them online and will probably try to get it done this weekend. We pay in a lot, so usually get something back.
