O.K, I have to post this here, the DDC wont get what go's through a PAL.
So, I have not been able to shake the idea that we did not see a sac when I had seen them in my previous pregnancy's at that stage. So of course I google when you can see a sac on u/s and found info that it falls in between 18-23dpo. I was 17dpo when I went to the er. (but yet 4w3d by O date). Still was not good enough for me, stuck on the 4w3d. So...I then go back to all my FF charts on when I first saw the sac. All three were 19-20dpo. Still not good enough for me, so I start to look at the "how many days after first bfp" did I see the sac. All of them were 10days exactly. I was 9days with this trip to the er. With Selena we could barely see the sac at 20dpo (10 days post bfp) it was about 1.5-2mm. Tech almost did not want to call it a gestational sac.
So I put all these facts and numbers together, and it made me feel MUCH better, lol. Now I know where my son gets his OCD from, lol. But I worked it out! Still stuck on the 48hr double rate, but with my previous loss that I refer this one to alot, my progesterone was very low. It was the highest at 11 and dropped to an 8 before I started prometrium. My progesterone has been very good this time, no supplements needed. Does any of this jabber make sense to you???? If not, no worries, as long as you see and understand that PAL really does F with a persons brain, lol......
momma of 8 beautiful children now. Most recent is Jerry Jr. born 11/19/12 at 37wk, 7lbs 6oz and 19.5inches and Baby Reymundo born 10/7/13 at 35w6d, 6lbs 7oz, 19.5 inches. Momma of 5 angels. New siggy to come!
Totally makes sense! Some people just breeze through childbearing without even thinking about charting, CM, OPKs, or DPOs. Then there's those of us who have lost a baby and depend on those things to help us keep our sanity intact. I'm so glad you helped prove to yourself that you didn't need to worry yet! That's so awesome. See, being OCD pays off!! Hehe. Cause you know that the doctor's office would not be able to reassure you in any way, at least not as concrete as that. That's freaking awesome! Hah.
On a side note, I'm sorry that you're going through the mental struggle of this part of the pregnancy. It's tough...somehow we all survive it, but it sure eclipses everything else. Hugs!
