O.K, I have to post this here, the DDC wont get what go's through a PAL.
So, I have not been able to shake the idea that we did not see a sac when I had seen them in my previous pregnancy's at that stage. So of course I google when you can see a sac on u/s and found info that it falls in between 18-23dpo. I was 17dpo when I went to the er. (but yet 4w3d by O date). Still was not good enough for me, stuck on the 4w3d. So...I then go back to all my FF charts on when I first saw the sac. All three were 19-20dpo. Still not good enough for me, so I start to look at the "how many days after first bfp" did I see the sac. All of them were 10days exactly. I was 9days with this trip to the er. With Selena we could barely see the sac at 20dpo (10 days post bfp) it was about 1.5-2mm. Tech almost did not want to call it a gestational sac.
So I put all these facts and numbers together, and it made me feel MUCH better, lol. Now I know where my son gets his OCD from, lol. But I worked it out! Still stuck on the 48hr double rate, but with my previous loss that I refer this one to alot, my progesterone was very low. It was the highest at 11 and dropped to an 8 before I started prometrium. My progesterone has been very good this time, no supplements needed. Does any of this jabber make sense to you???? If not, no worries, as long as you see and understand that PAL really does F with a persons brain, lol......
