i havent posted much since my sophia was born in june ,its just been crazy around here but i'm 13 days late but i dont think im pregnant . we use protection and havent had any oops moments so i really dont think i am wich scares me, my periods have been a few days off since november i figured from stress im working alot of hours and have high stress from my job right now im not sure i could handle being pregnant right now with work the way it is. do you ladys have any other ideas of causes for a late period im testing tomorrow morning if its negative im calling the dr's and would like to have some possible ideas to ask about iv been looking online but not much information there

Are you nursing? How long have your periods been back. When I was nursing my cycles were sometimes really off. It could be 28 days one cycle and then 40 the next cycle. Stress can definitely delay ovulation which would make cycles longer. Sorry. I am not much help either.

Stress definitely can delay ovulation. Also Rachel is right about nursing. I'm still nursing and my cycles have been all screwed up. Hope you get some answers.

thanks im hoping its just stress im formula feeding not by choice so i got my period back in august and they have been like clock work till near begining of december when things at work went crazy thanks ladys ! i really think its stress or from my reading thyroid could be an issue too

i tested and it was negative ,i did start spoting a little today. so i think its time for a trip to the doctors to see whats going on
