What is your healthy snack of choice? I love fruit so before I got pregnant I would eat either cantelope or watermelon every morning for a mid morning snack and then a banana with some peanut butter in the afternoon.
What is your un-healthy snack of choice? Now that I'm pregnant it seems that alot of my snacks are not that healthy. Lot of saltines with peanut butter which I guess is not that bad. I also love snack bars.
How many snacks do you have each day? I usually have a mid morning snack and a mid afternoon snack and when I'm pregnant I will usually have a small snack before bed which lately has been ice cream so I guess that's my bad snack.

Let's see, healthy snack of choice would probably be an apple with peanut butter on it.
I probably have 2 or 3 snacks a day. For sure at least one of those is dark chocolate, haha. I am just as bad about it now as I was during the last trimester of pregnancy. Normally I'm ok with not having something sweet every day, but right now I just crave it. Hoping it's just hormones and not that I'm totally addicted! lol.
What is your healthy snack of choice? Fruits. Right now my favorites are apples and peaches. Or butter free popcorn.
What is your un-healthy snack of choice? M&M's or sweetish fish. Toaster strudels have been another bad one that I try to avoid. Omg.. or mango sorbet!! I like my sugary snacks so it's hard to pick just one when I'm guilty of all of them.
How many snacks do you have each day? 1 or 2. Breakfast is usually fruits and tea. Lunch has been cooked or fresh veggies, salad or soup. Dinner is some kind of meat and veggies. I usually don't start feeling snack-y until after lunch or when it's getting close to bed time. I'm trying to be good otherwise my snacking can be around 3-4 times a day and it's usually always the unhealthy choices!!
