I remember reading somewhere that you weren't suppose to eat yogurt during pregnancy. I can't remember why. Has anybody else heard of this? I'm going to google it even though my dr tells me to never google anything..lol.
Ok just answered my own question. It is safe to eat it as long as it is pasteurized. I found a study that had linked eating yogurt during pregnancy with asthma in kids. I think that is what I remember seeing about why you shouldn't eat it. I'm craving it so I think I will give in.
Thank you *Kiliki* for my beautiful siggy
Just thought I would chime in and say that's one of the few things that still makes me sick this pregnancy every time I eat it I miss yogurt but this kiddo says "Ewwwy, no way." Baby must take after daddy because he doesn't like yogurt either.
But yea, I've read as long as it's made with pasteurized milk your good to go.
